To combines, just click one item and drag it on top of another. Combine the dental floss and the magnet in the inventory. Click on the heating grate in the bottom left corner to zoom. Click and drag the magnet with dental floss that you combined to the screw under the heating grate. Click on the door handle in the middle of the screen to zoom. Replace two screws in the inventory to the hole in the door handle. Use the file to make tight the screws. Click on the handle to escape from the bathroom.
